Lost on Saturn - Dexter's Return: Famous Dex Resurfaces in the Underground

Famous Dex aka Dexter has quite literally been a relic in the minds of his fans in recent years. The Chicago legend has not been relevant in the rap game since his Soundcloud days with Rich Forever (a group including Rich the Kid and Jay Critch for consumers that may have been unfamiliar). As Dexter has dealt with his own personal issues with drugs, also surviving the BDK vs. GDK beef in “Chiraq”, the ohmangoddamn rapper seemingly has not been focused on the music. However, recently a snippet has surfaced on the interwebs that give fans hope that Dexter may be ready to make his more focused return to what gave his claim to fame.

Dex recently released a Snippet Talk About that followed his Lost on Saturn mixtape creating a feeling of nostalgia for the mid-2010s when the Soundcloud era was at its height. Lost on Saturn holds the attention of listeners as DJ Shon a longtime collaborator with Dex puts the artist in his glory bringing the right producers together that accentuate Dex’s unique style.

Famous Dex is literally the last of a dying, if not dead already, breed. His class contains legends like xxxTentacion, Juice World, and Lil Uzi Vert. A former underground king that walked so a lot of these “punch-in” rappers could run. Especially since the product is good, fans should check out his most recent mixtape and can honestly look forward to an album release in the near future. We love you Dex.
