Olumide Flips the Underground with New Project, Road to Riches

The DMV, known for various reasons, is a hotspot with respect to flavor and originality. PG County rapper and PGN Records affiliate, Olumide has gained traction and seeks to emerge into the mainstream ranks of other PG County talents including Cordae and Rico Nasty.

As the season comes to a close Olumide still provides tunes for the masses to end the summer before the weather finally changes. August 22nd marks the release of Olumide’s, Road to Riches, a curation of vibes ranging from the club-life to trap-life and everything in between.

A mixtape veteran, Olumide’s projects can be traced to his first album #Viral in 2013. In 2022, the PG County native truly leads listeners down the road to riches and uses this project as a portfolio to encapsulate and subsequently regurgitate a taste of what it means to be from PG County.

Flip (featuring Chelly the MC), one of the hottest tracks on Road to Riches is a “mood” track and an anthem. Olumide’s Flip will cause listeners to turn up without hesitation.

As Olumide continues to put in work in the mixtape game, I know PGN Records is pleased to have such star-studded talent on their roster. Pressure either bursts pipes or creates diamonds and this PG County gem has the odds in his favor.
