Mic. Carr proves Broken Crayons Still Color.

Nowadays, many artists don't release full bodies of work. Instead, they often focus on staying relevant by producing singles and projects that align with current trends. However, one artist who is staying true to his own path and creating music that resonates deeply is Mic. Carr.

His latest album, Broken Crayons Still Color., features 12 tracks that not only showcase exceptional production but also carry deeply relatable messages. "Breath in our lungs means an opportunity at redemption. No matter how 'damaged' or 'forgotten' we may feel because of what we've endured, there's always a chance to still paint the beautiful picture we strive for in life. This album is a reminder to keep coloring," Carr explains when asked about the meaning behind his new project.

"3 AM in Cincy," "Maya Angelou," and "Good Morning" (featuring Cat Clark) are some standout tracks on the album. Each song showcases the Tennessee native's artistry in a different light. Overall, this is an album you can easily get lost in—almost like you're living in it, wanting to revisit each track again and again.
