If you weren’t accustomed to her then, once you heard her slide on that beat, oh yeah, you were definitely a fan. In November, she popped up with Windows, a song showing that she can spit a hot 16 but that she can also kill you with her vocals. Yeah, the 19-year-old is that cold.

To kick off December, she dropped her highly anticipated album, Times Up. She brings out label mates, City Girls who, add verses to her 2019 hit single Female Goat. Singer Inayah is also on the album. Between the potent bars and vivid stories she tells through her music, there is no limit Lakeyah won’t reach.
