In Due Time by Lakeyah

If this is your first time hearing about the Midwest artist, her name is Lakeyah. Milwaukee is her hometown, but her new stomping ground is ATL ever since she signed to Quality Control.

She's only 19-years-old but, this young queen raps like she's in prime. Just take a look at her latest release, In Due Time. The project has two features, one from Gucci Mane the other from Yung Bleu. We like the fact it's just these two artists because it allows us to focus on the main act, and if you are curious what she sounds like on it, one-word pressure.

The tape comes laced with heavy wordplay, so much you are bound to see these lyrics used as captions. Lakeyah is real humble, but when she gets in her bag, it's a wrap. For instance, on Easy, she's rapping about how much this game is a cakewalk to her. On Look At Me, she reminds the haters that they’re still stuck, and she's up.

Poppin is the track that features Gucci Mane, one that the ladies will take a liking to because it's the perfect summer joint. Those three songs are just a sample stream In Time Due below.
